The Capacity Review determines whether Alliant has met the Core Commitment to Institutional Capacity – whether Alliant
“functions with clear purposes, high levels of institutional integrity, fiscal stability, and organizational structures to fulfill it purposes.”
Alliant selected four Themes for the accreditation review process. In preparation for the Capacity Review, Alliant has committed to undertake several major initiatives related to each Theme that will strengthen our institutional capacity. This work will be completed between June 2007 and the Capacity Review Visit in March 2009.

The Alliant Council for Institutional Effectiveness (ACIE) and the Four Theme Teams are currently working with existing University groups and new Committees to accomplish these initiatives and activities.
